Everglades Restoration; requests Congress of US to appropriate funds as authorized in 1996 Water Resources Development Act (Section 315) for construction of enlarged stormwater detention area, Stormwater Treatment Area 1 East, generally in accordance with plan of improvements described in February 15, 1994, report entitled "Everglades Protection Project, Palm Beach County, Florida, Conceptual Design."
