Parental Notice of Abortion Act; provides short title; revises provisions re termination of pregnancy; prohibits performing or inducement of terminaton of pregnancy upon minor without specified notice; provides disciplinary action for violation; provides for issuance of court order authorizing consent to termination of pregnancy without notification; requires issuance of written findings of fact & legal conclusions, etc. Amends 390.011,.0111.
