GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors ; Rossin
Assisted Living Facilities/Licensure; provides additional exemptions from licensure as assisted living facility; reorganizes & revises provisions re unlawful facilities; provides requirements for obtaining limited mental health license; provides fines for unlicensed operation of facility & for failure to apply for change of ownership license; creates provision re assistance with self-administration of medication, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 394.4574, 408.036.
