Ryan P. Grillo Memorial Act; creates said act; requires that certain vendors provide courses of instruction to employees & managers who sell alcoholic beverages; requires written policies; requires that vendor maintain employment records; requires that vendor post certain signs; repeals certain provision re Florida Responsible Vendor Act, exemptions from license suspension or revocation, & mitigation for certain violations of beverage law, etc. Amends Ch. 561.
