Prisoners/Work Requirements; requires prisoners in state correctional system to perform specified amount of work; excludes certain education & job training from prisoner work requirement; provides that workers' compensation otherwise due or payable to prisoner shall be used for restitution, child support, alimony, & correctional facility operation or placed for disposition purposes in Crimes Compensation Trust Fund, etc. Amends 946.002.
