GENERAL BILL by Bankhead
Fla. Employee Long-term Care Plan TF; creates said trust fund; specifies sources of moneys in fund; provides for administration of fund & for uses of fund; provides for investment of moneys in fund for certain purposes; provides that fund is exempt from constitutional termination requirements; exempts trust fund from general revenue service charge; takes effect upon becoming law if SB 2342 or similar legislation is adopted, etc. Creates 403.802; amends 215.22.
