CS/SB 300: Enterprise Zones

GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Hargrett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lee

Enterprise Zones; exempts certain property based in said zones from sales tax under certain circumstances; provides that business located in enterprise zone in community impacted by net limitations is eligible for maximum sales tax exemption under certain circumstances; requires businesses eligible to receive certain tax credits to apply for such credits by time certain; extends date by which certain counties may apply to amend said zone boundary lines, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,300,000.
