GENERAL BILL by Election Reform ; Carlton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Feeney
Public Office/Law Enforcement; requires subordinate officer, deputy sheriff, or police officer, upon qualifying for public office, to take leave of absence without pay during period in which such person is candidate for office, whether or not person is required by law to resign. Amends 99.012.
