GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Real Property & Probate ; Business Regulation & Consumer Affairs ; Ogles ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown ; Chestnut ; Crist ; Dockery ; Lynn ; Murman

Real Estate; provides registration & licensing requirements for additional business entities; revises period after which involuntarily inactive licenses expire; provides exception to requirement that real estate licensees provide notice of nonrepresentation; limits purpose of "Fla. Building Energy-Efficiency Rating Act" to providing for statewide uniform system for rating energy efficiency of buildings, etc. Amends Chs. 475, 489, 553.
