GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Water & Resource Management ; Putnam ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Feeney

Water Control Districts; deletes definition of term "water control district" & revises definition of term "water control plan"; provides for landowner vote for fractional acreage; provides quorum requirements; provides for appointment of supervisor; eliminates surety bond requirements for district engineers; provides authority for modification of district boundaries ; provides for determination of benefits & damages, etc. Amends Ch. 298; repeals 298.337.
