Florida Green Communities; revises declaration of policy & legislative intent re "Florida Greenways & Trails Act"; authorizes development & implementation of process for designation of lands for greenways system; provides for criteria & procedures for evaluation & selection of certain projects to be funded by trust fund; restricts use of motorized vehicles on lands or waters acquired with trust fund moneys, etc. Amends Chs. 260, 216, 259, 261, 253, 380.
