Save the Manatee TF/Funds; prohibits certain uses of Save the Manatee Trust Fund moneys; amends certain provisions to conform; provides for discontinuance of revenues & reimbursement of inappropriately used moneys. Amends 370.12, 327.25, 320.08058,.08062.
