North Bay Fire Control District; (Okaloosa Co.) recreates & reenacts North Bay Fire Control District as independent fire control district operating pursuant to terms of Independent Special Fire Control Districts Act; describes boundaries of said district; establishes governing body for district; authorizes district to levy up to 2 mills of ad valorem tax as previously approved by referendum vote; provides severability.
