GENERAL BILL by Transportation & Economic Development Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Pruitt ; Gay ; Lacasa ; Trovillion ; Tamargo ; Andrews ; Brown ; Brennan ; Merchant ; Crist

Statewide Unified Building Code; provides additional ground for certain disciplinary actions & additional fines for certain violations of Fla. Building Code; requires certificateholders, licensees, or registrants to prove completion of certain education requirements; authorizes certain licensing boards to require certain specialized or advanced education courses; provides for adoption of Fla. Building Code to replace State Minimum Building Codes, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $2,990,000.
