Airport Authority; codifies, reenacts, amends, & repeals certain provisions; creates & establishes Charlotte County Airport Authority, an independent special district; authorizes Charlotte County & its incorporated municipalities to contract with airport authority; provides for government, jurisdiction, powers, franchises, & privileges of airport authority; repeals all prior special acts re Charlotte Co. Development Authority, etc.
