CS/HB 4295: Juvenile Justice

GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Juvenile Justice ; Bainter ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Putnam ; Prewitt ; Stafford ; Murman ; Melvin ; Betancourt

Juvenile Justice; provides for reference to "juvenile assessment centers" instead of "juvenile justice assessment centers" to conform to changes made by act; permits Juvenile Justice Dept. or any other state or local criminal justice agency to provide copies of criminal history records for certain juvenile offenders; substitutes reference to "juvenile probation officer" for reference to "intake counselor" or "case manager", etc. Amends FS.
