JOINT RESOLUTION by Bronson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala
Water Management Districts/Budgets; constitutional amendment to provide that Legislature may approve, disapprove, or modify, in whole or in part, budget of each such district, beginning in fiscal year 2000-2001. Amends s. 19, Art. III.
