Vehicles Used By State Agencies; requires report from agency heads on employee use of state motor vehicles; revises purchasing requirements for state motor vehicles used by state attorneys & public defenders; amends provision re powers of Motor Pool Division of DMS to remove power to require transfer of ownership, custody, or control of aircraft & motor vehicles used principally for state fire marshal purposes; provides definitions, etc. Amends 20.055, 287.151,.16,.17.
