Eradication of Agricultural Pests; prescribes additional duties of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. & Health Dept. re programs of emergency aerial application of pesticide for eradication of plant pests; requires use of certain pesticides; requires development of system for informing public of such programs & requires public & other notice of certain programs of pest eradication; provides for information to be furnished to health-care providers, etc.
