GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Grant
Insurance; deletes certain rulemaking authority of DOI re insurer compliance; modifies coverage requirements & premiums re motor vehicle property damage liability; provides that certain transferred policies are exempt from resident agent & countersignature law; deletes requirement that DOI conduct annual sampling of certain claims information required to be maintained by liability insurers, etc. Amends 624.316,.426, 627.7275,.9126,.913.
