Citizen's Right-to-Know Act; creates said act; requires each chief county judge & chief circuit judge to prepare a register that contains information re cases & criminal defendants who are released on pretrial release; requires that register be available to public; provides requirements for updating register; requires each chief county judge & chief circuit judge to file annual report with Office of State Courts Administrator, etc.
