Medicaid Managed Health Care; authorizes AHCA to contract for prepaid behavioral health care services for Medicaid recipients in specified counties; provides requirements for agency in developing procurement procedures; provides certain limitations on services; provides requirements for agency in implementing prepaid plan; requires local planning process, etc. Amends 409.912.
