GENERAL BILL by Education ; Klein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary ; Silver ; Brown-Waite ; KURTH ; Myers
School Health Services; defines term "entity" or "health care entity"; requires that certain services be documented in local school health services plan; provides that certain entities providing school health services under contract with Health Dept. are instrumentalities of state for certain purposes; provides limitations on tort actions; requires such contractor to require providers to obtain certain liability insurance coverage, etc. Amends 381.0056; creates 381.0059.
