Parental Notice of Abortion Act; prohibits performing or inducement of termination of pregnancy upon minor without specified notice; provides disciplinary action for violation; prescribes procedure for judicial waiver of notice; provides for issuance of court order authorizing consent to termination of pregnancy without notification; requests Supreme Court to adopt rules; requires Supreme Court to report annually to Governor & Legislature, etc. Creates 390.01115.
