Orange Co./Orlando Fire Dept Pension; expands definition of issue & child to include full-time students under age of 26 & physically and/or mentally handicapped children regardless of age with additional cost thereof being borne by members; provides benefits to dependent parents, to allow for multiple designated beneficiaries & provides for return of deductions to estate of deceased member without beneficiaries with additional actuarial cost thereof being borne by members, etc.
