Criminal History Information/FDLE; repeals provision re authority of FDLE re criminal justice information management; provides authority of department re information management needs of criminal justice community; authorizes establishment of intra-agency communication network for state criminal justice agencies; ratifies National Crime Prevention & Privacy Compact; authorizes FDLE to establish positions to implement these provisions, etc. Amends Ch. 943.
