Privacy & Technology Task Force; repeals provision re color photographic or digital imaged licenses; eliminates provisions permitting HSMV to sell certain information re driver's licenses & other information; provides for establishment of task force to study privacy & public records issues; provides membership; provides for meetings & for report; provides for repeal. Repeals 322.142(5),(6).
