GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Judiciary ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rossin ; Diaz-Balart ; Gutman ; Clary ; Bronson ; Lee ; Childers ; Casas ; Cowin
Adoption; removes provisions authorizing licensed child-placing agencies to file actions to terminate parental rights; provides additional requirements for petition for adoption; prohibits filing such petition until order terminating parental rights is final; provides duties of adoption entity to prospective adoptive parents; provides for placement of minor pending adoption, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 63, 984.03, 985.03.
