Child Protection; amends provision re child abuse prevention training in district school system; reduces period court must preserve records pertaining to dependent child; revises provisions re placement in shelter; amends provision re identifying or locating parent; amends provision re grandparents' rights; requires sentencing multiplier to be applied when domestic violence is committed in presence of minor child, etc. Amends FS.
