GENERAL BILL by Silver
Nurse Practice Act; defines term "telehealth"; prohibits any person from advertising or assuming title of "nurse" unless person is certified; provides that use of title "nurse" without being licensed or certified is a crime. Amends 464.003,.015,.016.
