GENERAL BILL by Family Law & Children ; Roberts-Burke ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown ; Effman ; Detert

Child Support; requires additional info on children of marriage & parties to dissolution of marriage; requires certain identifying information for each minor that is subject of child support order; requires deposit into General Revenue Fund of funds retained by state to reimburse public assistance payments made to or for benefit of dependent children; provides time frame for obligor's consent to levy for past due child support, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 409, 741.04. APPROPRIATION: $339,764.
