GENERAL BILL by Election Reform ; Flanagan
Judicial Selection; authorizes retention of county court judges; provides requirements to qualify for election or retention to judicial office; provides for determination of retention for county & circuit court judges; authorizes electors to vote for retention of circuit & county court judges; places issue of method of selection of judges on general election ballot in year 2000; deletes terms of elected district court of appeal judges, etc. Amends FS.
