GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Webster

Management Services Dept.; revises organizational structure of dept. re labor organizations; increases cap on meritorious service awards; provides coverage in state group health plan for certain legislative members; requires that DMS contract with private vendor for alternative retirement program for temporary & seasonal state employees; revises membership of Governor's Mansion Commission; provides for maintenance of state employee child care facilities, etc. Amends FS.
