GENERAL BILL by Heyman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson ; Greenstein
Health Care Advance Directives; defines term "palliative care"; redefines term "terminal condition" to provide that such condition is not necessary for ensuring right to refuse treatment; revises provision re procedure for making living will to remove reference to terminal condition; removes reference to physical condition which is terminal re procedure for living will; removes reference to terminal condition re procedure in absence of living will, etc. Amends Ch. 765.
