GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bronson
County & Municipal Jails; provides that gain-time awarded to county prisoners by board of county commissioners is optional; deletes provision requiring that allowances awarded to county prisoners for meritorious conduct be awarded according to policy of DOC & limits such awards; provides that it is second-degree misdemeanor for prisoner to knowingly & willfully refuse to obey certain rules governing prisoner conduct. Amends 951.21,.23.
