Military Base Retention; provides Legislative intent; provides for role of Fla. Defense Alliance; provides funding; removes limitation on amount of grant under Fla. Military Installation Reuse Planning & Marketing Grant Program; increases grant limitation re Fla. Defense Planning Grant Program; reduces amount of matching funds required under certain grant programs; provides cap on payment of administrative expenses from certain grants. Amends 288.980. APPROPRIATION: $20,000,000.
