Sales Tax Exemption; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H587,1073) revises time period during which industrial machinery & equipment must be purchased & delivered to qualify for exemption for use in new business; removes restriction on application of exemption for said machinery & equipment used in expanding business; provides exemption for machinery, materials, equipment, & tangible personal property purchased for use in research & development, etc. Amends 212.08,.0805.
