GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Commerce and Economic Opportunities
One-Stop Career Centers; revises requirements for memorandum of understanding governing delivery of employment services at such centers; provides for submission of employee performance reports by One-Stop Career Center operator; authorizes leasing of state employees to said center operators for delivery of employment services; prescribes such centers as primary system for delivery of employment services, etc. Amends 288.9951, 443.181.
