Revenue Sharing/Municipal Govts.; eliminates transfers of net cigarette tax collections to Municipal Financial Assistance Trust Fund & Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities; authorizes distribution to Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities; revises cross reference, to conform; repeals provision re Municipal Financial Assistance TF; revises reference, to conform. Amends 210.20, 288.1169, 11.45; repeals 200.132.
