GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention ; Futch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Putnam

Convicted Burglar/DNA Testing; requires certain persons convicted of burglary to submit blood specimens for DNA analysis; requires persons on probation, community control, parole, conditional release, control release, or other supervision for any offense who are required to provide blood samples to provide them even without court order requiring it; provides for enforcement; reenacts certain provision re burglary. Amends 943.325; reenacts 810.02.
