Rodman Reservoir Recreation Area; designates & establishes state recreation area; provides duties of Recreation & Parks Division of DEP; provides for closure of certain structures; provides for approval by Legislature of actions which would substantially alter recreation area; authorizes State Lands Division of dept. to acquire contiguous property; requires State Lands Division to notify certain easement holders of state recreation area designation, etc. Creates 258.16.
