Patient's Bill of Rights; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/S2154,CS/S1900 & 282) creates "Managed Care Organization's Patient's Bill of Rights"; specifies that purpose of act is to ensure that quality health care & health benefits are provided to people of this state; provides legislative intent that rights & responsibilities of subscribers who are covered under HMO contracts be recognized & summarized, etc. Creates 641.275.
