Uniform Child Custody; creates "Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction & Enforcement Act" & provides purposes; specifies proceedings not governed by act; provides application to Indian tribes & international application of act; provides for initial child custody jurisdiction & for exclusive, continuing jurisdiction; provides for enforcement under Hague Convention, etc. Amends Ch. 61, 39.502, 741.30.
