GENERAL BILL by Education Innovation ; Spratt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Melvin ; Goode ; Murman ; Crist
Rural Development; creates Fla. Rural Heritage Act; provides for designation of Rural Heritage Area; provides for community-based planning process; provides for economic incentives, reports, & technical assistance; creates Rural Heritage Grant Program to assist local governments in adopting Rural Heritage Areas, to be administered by DCA; provides for development of nature-and-heritage-based tourism business micro-loan program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
