GENERAL BILL by Community Colleges & Career Prep ; Harrington ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bitner ; Bense ; Tullis ; Arnall ; Bainter ; Casey
Education Employees/Sick Leave; provides for payment into pretax annuities for accumulated sick leave to certain employees of district school systems; limits amount of pay certain employees of said systems may receive for unused sick leave upon termination of employment; provides conditions on use of sick leave; limits amount of pay certain employees of said systems may earn for unused vacation leave upon termination of employment, etc. Amends 231.40,.481, 240.343.
