Children & Families; revises definition of term "long-term custody"; defines term "long-term licensed custody"; provides for precedence of orders of circuit court in dependency matters involving dissolution or other custody action; provides penalty for false statements re paternity; provides abandonment as ground for termination of parental rights; requires certain disclosure by prospective & approved foster parents, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,860,583.
