Workforce Innovation; provides additional duties of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office within Executive Office of Governor re workforce development; requires that office cooperate & contract with Workforce Development Board in performing certain functions; requires that Board of Regents consider industry-driven competencies in certain program reviews; revises provisions re quick-response training for economic development, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $23,000,000.
