Delinquency or Dependency of Child; defines terms "child in need of services," "delinquent child," & "dependent child" re crime of contributing to delinquency or dependency of child; conforms cross-references; reenacts provisions re programs for prosecution of males over age 21 who commit certain offenses involving girls under age 16, etc. Amends 827.04, 27.365, 39.201, 90.4025, 382.356, 742.107, 921.0022; reenacts 409.2355, 921.0012(3)(g).
