Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund; revises legislative intent; provides for allocation of moneys in fund for health & human services programs for children & elders & for biomedical research programs; creates Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund Advisory Council for Children & Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund Advisory Council for Elders; provides for council members; places Fla. Biomedical Research Program under Health Dept., etc. Amends 215.5601,.5602. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
