SB 312: Unlawful Killing of Human Being

GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Unlawful Killing of Human Being; makes it capital felony to commit unlawful killing of human being while perpetrating or attempting to perpetrate act of resisting law enforcement officer with violence; provides penalties for specified murders involving perpetration of or attempt to perpetrate act of resisting law enforcement officer with violence, etc. Amends 782.04; reenacts 775.0823(1)(6), 782.051, 903.133, 921.0022(3)(h)(j), 947.146(3)(i).
